We have been taking our cars to Small World for over 40 years. During that time their service has always been great even after changes in ownership. Their work is top notch and guaranteed. The most important reason we keep going back is they are honest and trustworthy. I have had other side work done on our cars, like tires, and been told there are issues that need to be fixed. I say thank you, and go right to Small World where I get the truth. Would you be surprised to know that some well-known shops that promote their reliability aren't trustworthy? We have saved so much money going to Small World. Small World will also work with you to get work done that they can't do, or can't get done in the timeline you need. For example, recently wanted to either polish the headlight lenses or replace the whole assembly. They suggested Olsen's Auto Glass. Olsen's cost twice as much as another establishment nearby, but at $100 it was a great price, and since we knew it would be done by pros recommended by Small World, we chose them. We are so glad we did. It was quick and the workmanship was great. But the cherry on top was when we paid and asked how long it would be until we need to polish them again. Everywhere you look you are told polishing will only last 6 months to maybe 2 years before needing to be redone. Olsen's said they guaranteed their work for the life of the time you own the car. 3 years, 5 or more, just come back and they'd re-polish them. Wow. Small World could have done polished the lenses, but they sent us to a better place even though it meant sending business elsewhere. And when we wanted to reupholster the driver's seat in our son's Subaru recently, they gave us the most affordable way to get it done; find your own seat at the wrecking yard and they'd swap them out for a fair price. That's when the electrical complications came in and the car started throwing codes. Even though we created the problem by providing a seat that was supposed to be a match, they found the wires that needed to be addressed and patiently worked with us to repair everything at the original quote even though it took them much more time to finish the project. That's how they treat their longterm customers. And I can't overemphasize how important it is to get an inspection on a used car you may be buying. We brought several cars in that we'd been looking at for our son and they gave us the honest information we needed to make a decision. It cost $450 for the inspections, but each of the cars we brought in seemed great until you looked under the hood and the frame. You don't want to buy car that looks good but will need significant work soon after you buy it, or worse be unsafe due to bent framework from an undisclosed accident. When we found the right car, they said this is the one, it's a solid car that won't need any work for years. And it hasn't. There was a small problem a few months after we bought it when one of the door locks started acting up, but they said they'd fix it for free. That's service. That's supporting local businesses and building relationships. They even have a shuttle to get to work and back again to get your car. Go to Small World.
