Marty, I have had both my truck and car now there at your shop for service. Both times I received very good service from the front counter, Nathanial ( sp? ) and yourself. I work in a service industry too and we also send out customer's surveys. We ask our customers to rate our service 1-10. The only acceptable score is 10, which we coin as WOW customer service or " CRAZY GOOD SERVICE" which may seem silly but we truly focus on doing one more thing the customer didnt expect so they leave thinking, Wow, that was awesome? I rated you very good. Im not sure in your industry what you would have to do above and beyond to give customers that WOW service to keep them coming back but something to think on. Maybe focusing on making the service experience more personal or providing something with your service the customer doesnt expect may be a great place to start. I hope the feedback is useful.
