After many years of hearing Small World's ads on the radio, I had my first opportunity to use their services. I anticipated a costly repair after misdiagnosing the issue myself, only to be pleasantly surprised that the true problem was a minor one. Marty and Nick had me back on the road in less than 24 hours and at a fraction of the expense that I originally thought. I'm sure a less scrupulous garage could have taken advantage of the situation... but these guys were honest and very prompt. I'm a customer for life and I am happy to recommend Small World.

I'm a new customer who bought a old truck; a couple days after I bought the truck I noticed a strong smell of fuel so I brought it in to have it checked out. The tech was very diligent about finding the leak(s) and other issues that needed to be taken care of. While the repairs were more than I would have liked, it was nice to have someone tell me what needed to be corrected. Now I feel like I have a truck that is in good shape and will last quite a while.

Excellent customer service! Moved to Eugene 4 years ago, automotive service is critical and hard to find a trustworthy provider, so very glad we found them!!

My car is always test driven. So all problems are gone when I get it back. Polite , quick service. They offer a ride if you need it. They explain everything that is to be done. Great place.

This is for my 89 year old father whose car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. His car was towed to Small World and we left the key with instructions in the night drop. They called my dad, did the appropriate repairs and the car was ready early in the day. When I took my dad in to pick up his car, the gentleman that helped us was very kind and patient with my father, I could not have been more pleased with the service, and he was happy as well.
