Small World provided the exact professional opinion I had requested on the power steering system on my car. I moved to Eugene in July 2015 and Small World provided assistance on some other mechanical questions I had at no charge. This is an informal but professional car service business at a reasonable price which I appreciate.

my truck was due for 120,000 mile service Marty took me in on very little notice dropped me off at home (and came to get me in the afternoon when he truck was ready) all work to be done was explained to me before any action and I was given the option to go ahead or wait I was given a price and at the end I was given a discount, thanks guys

I came in with some car repair needs after having a bad experience somewhere else. Marty was relaxed and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his (and the mechanic's) recommendations for prioritizing the repairs. We decided to split the work and do half today and half in 2-3 weeks for financial reasons and Marty helped me figure out how to do this in the safest and most cost-effective way! Nick was also very responsive in a phone call. The initial repairs have been completed and I am VERY happy with the entire experience. My car is happy too! We will be back in January to finish up the remaining repairs and then I will definitely be trusting Small World for all my auto needs!
