We brought our car in with no idea what was wrong with it. The guys at small world told us that it could be a warranty problem. So they advised us to take it to the dealership to see if it would be covered under warranty. The service center at the dealership told us it would need at least $17,000 worth of parts alone. Small world stayed in constant contact with me through the whole ordeal. We got the car back from the dealership and returned it to small world and they fixed it for under $450. It was the honesty of the guys at small world and the amount they cared that has convinced me that I will be a repeat customer and refer anyone I know that needs car work to take it to small world.

I felt I could trust the service and price. My car was done in a timely manner Everyone was friendly and courteous. My only thought would be more efficient pickup. I would recommend there service to my friends

Heater fan not working

My wife and I have moved every 5 to 10 years in order to experience different climates, different sized cities, and to get a feel of our country. One of the first things we do after a move is to take our cars to the top five rated mechanics in town regarding some "issue" to see how we and our cars are taken care of. Small World easily won that test. We've been back for maintenance, two "what the heck is that sound?" (which were quickly fixed) and a large repair and it's always the same great car and customer care experience.

The team at Small World Auto provide wonderful service. They will not do work that is not required. They are professional and very pleasant to work with.
