First time customer great service from beginning to the end.. Warranty on all work performed and final repair bill was very conservative for work being done. I will take my wife's car there and future cars as well! Highly recommended

I would prefer to not have problems with my truck, but things like that happen with the best of vehicles and I must say that my experience at Small World Auto made the ordeal much more tolerable than it might have otherwise been. The people there are great, the shop is amazingly clean and obviously efficient, and the prices they charge seemed very fair. Marty (a very personable owner) explained everything very patiently and clearly and was attentive throughout the time I was there. When it became clear that my truck would need to spend the night there (for parts ordered), Marty gave me a ride home. All work was done the following day and my truck is working well once again. Overall a very pleasant outcome for an unexpected situation.

I've been bringing all my vehicles (Lexus, BMW, Acura) to Small World for years and have nothing but the utmost trust in them. From both Marty and Nick out front, to mechanic Jerod (sp), all have consistently treated both myself and my vehicles with total care; they know how to treat people.
