They made it so easy. The car was done earlier than expected. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. The car was as clean as a brand new one off the lot when I got it back, which was amazing because it was filthy when I brought it in. I would happily return to Auto Craft if ever I need to (but I hope to never have another accident and need to!). Customer service was superb, not just excellent.
