Got me right in when I called. It was 3:00 in the afternoon. Found the problem and had it back to me at 2:30 the next afternoon... even with a part coming from Portland! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!!

Great guys, Great Service! As an ASE master tech and technical trainer myself, I can vouch for the quality of the work and the integrity of people at Small World Auto. Due to my background, it is hard for me to allow anyone else to service my vehicle other than myself, but they met my very high standards. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I can’t recommend Small World highly enough. I set an appointment and after I dropped it off they had my car done the next day and ready to go. Knowledgeable, friendly and competent service. Hands down the the best shop I’ve been to, and the prices are much more fair than the dealership!

Very good shop. They got back to me quickly with what was wrong with my truck and what I did and did not need to do right away. Descent prices and what you pay for is warrantied so it’s well worth it. Had work done on two vehicles and both were fixed and had no issues when they were done

I thought I needed a machine shop to fix my electric wheelchair transfer handle. The front desk guy fixed the the handle in seconds by switching out the existing brackets. Small World saved my world! Good people!

Best place in Eugene to get your car worked on. I trust these guys and have been going to Small World for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
