I brought my car in after several dashboard alerts came on. I had a great experience with these folks. There were clear opportunities to up-sell services, but staff made no attempt to do so. I was presented with the results of a comprehensive inspection, which revealed numerous issues. The service manager was honest in his recommendation of essential services, and freely acknowledged that some problems were not worth addressing at this time, given the expense of repair, actual impact on vehicle and safety, and the age/value of the vehicle. He also recommended strategies for tracking on known issues over time. How wonderful to not be manipulated or pressured.
